Our Founders
Dr. Nebyou Yonas & Kidist Petros
We are a small team, but we carry a big calling.
Between us, we bring over 20 years of hands-on experience working with youth and families in ministry. We have also taught youth ministry courses at ETC and hold Master of Arts degrees from ETC ourselves.
We care deeply about this work because we have lived it; we have watched young leaders rise, struggle, and grow. We know what they need, because we have walked the same road.

To see young people lead themselves and others well in the university and beyond.
How we operate differently:
We don't do crowded lectures or one-way teaching. We work through online sessions designed to create a real coaching and mentoring environment, where questions are welcome, growth is personal, and no one is left behind.
What we refuse to compromise on:
Relational ministry with God and His handiwork. We will never trade depth for numbers, or relationship for efficiency. People are not projects; they are the point.
Our Story
We started with a simple passion: youth can lead -not tomorrow, but today.
We believe that young people carry a genuine calling to ministry and leadership. But passion alone is not enough. Time and again, we have seen young people with burning hearts and willing hands, yet without the practical skills to lead themselves, lead others, or serve their campuses well.
